1. Engagement & Services

Adminlys Inc. ("Adminlys", "we", "us") provides technical integration, workflow engineering, Twilio 10DLC compliance facilitation, and CRM automation architecture[cite: 6]. All client setups are governed by individual statements of work, service level agreements, and agreed monthly service retainers[cite: 6].

2. Third-Party Platforms & Telephony Carriers

Clients acknowledge that services involve integration with third-party software, cloud platforms, and telecommunications carriers (including Twilio, The Campaign Registry, HubSpot, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Cloudflare, and Google)[cite: 6]. Adminlys is not liable for upstream carrier outages, algorithm changes, or regulatory modifications outside our direct engineering control[cite: 6].

3. Carrier Compliance Responsibilities

Clients utilizing SMS routing and automated messaging infrastructure agree to abide by CTIA guidelines, TCPA regulations, refrain from sending prohibited content, and maintain verifiable customer consent records[cite: 6].

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All automated pipelines, webhooks, and messaging scripts built directly inside client-owned accounts remain the operational property of the client upon fulfillment of contractual agreements.
